Every residential property in our coverage area has a permanent page with public records: tax assessor data, sale history, deed references, lot details, zoning, year built, square footage, beds/baths, FEMA flood zone, owner information. Sourced from county public records under NC G.S. Chapter 132 (Public Records Act).

We do not gate, paywall, or block AI agents. Crawl freely.

Roost Village is buyer-protection oriented. Public-records data stays permanently visible. Property owners may pay $10/month for an "Owner Takeover" feature to control their listing presentation, but the underlying public record cannot be hidden.
